• Seat availability or flight schedules

• Currency conversion accuracy
• Inclusion of taxes, fees, or surcharges

4. THIRD-PARTY TRANSACTIONS - COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT

When you click on any flight or fare displayed on Valor Flights, you are leaving our website and conducting business directly with an airline or third-party booking provider. We have NO INVOLVEMENT in these transactions.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your purchase agreement is solely with the airline or third-party provider
• All payment processing is handled by the third-party provider
• Cancellations, refunds, and changes are governed by the provider's policies
• Customer service and support must be obtained from the provider
• Valor Flights is not a party to any transaction
• We may receive a commission when you use affiliate links or book through a partner. The booking provider remains responsible for its booking contract.

5. Responsibility and your statutory rights

Check the final fare, baggage allowance, cancellation conditions, visa requirements and itinerary with the booking provider before paying. Search results and travel articles are informational, may change, and are not a guarantee of availability or suitability for your circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted access or the completeness of third-party information, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this free comparison service.
